Note: This is likely to change as more info about the games comes in
I play him ~16, at the point in-game just after the region is frozen over, although I can play him at any point anyone wants me to, even post-game. I do age him up for certain memes, after all. Just nudge me in whatever direction!
Permissions
Threadjacking?: Go for it! The more the merrier.
Backtagging?: Sure! Keep in mind if I get too many threads tagging, I might drop older ones, simply out of being overwhelmed, but for the most part, I'll play things as far back as you want.
Fourth wall breaking?: Yeah, go ahead!
Mind reading?: Not sure what you'll find, but Kyouhei's a pretty ordinary kid besides the Pokemon, so he has no defenses against it. Have at it.
Messing with memories?: Sure, but could you give me a heads up over which ones? Just for reference so I know what I should be tweaking.
Other magical abilities?: Most likely, it's a yes. Just give me a heads up some way!
Affectionate physical contact?: Sure! Kyouhei doesn't mind hugs or hand holding, although he might get a little irritated about hair ruffling (he's sensitive about that). Kisses will cause him to fluster, but nine times out of ten, it won't be an adverse reaction.
Fighting?: Always up for a Pokemon battle, but fist fights generally require a good reason.
Injuring?: As long as it's along the lines of scrapes, bruises, broken bones, go for it. Anything debilitating or life threatening, nope/PM first.
Killing?: Unless the meme is specific for this, or there was plot leading up to it, no.
Sex?: Yep! Play him aged up at memes sometimes, and stick him into sex-specific memes too. I see him as pan but leaning towards guys, as a heads up.
Kinks to avoid?: in general, no non-con, gore, inflation, bathroom stuff, verbal humiliation (big DNW for mun), or sex with things not of the human race. Other than that, it's pretty open.
